    Gift Aid

    WIS is a UK registered Charity, Number 1155040. Under the government’s Gift Aid scheme, WIS can claim 25% from HMRC on any donation made, as long as you are a UK tax payer, and have paid enough income or capital gains tax in the respective tax year. On every £100 donation, WIS can claim £25. This does not cost you a single penny. Please tick the declaration box overleaf and WIS can claim Gift Aid on all donations made to WIS in the past 4 years.

    Individuals & Partnerships: for lower rate tax payers every £1 you donate, WIS can claim back 25p from HMRC

    Higher Rate Tax Payers: WIS still claims 25% back from HMRC, but you can then claim tax relief on the net contribution.

    Limited Companies: If you make a donation from your company, WIS can not make a Gift Aid claim, however the company can claim tax relief at its highest rate of Corporation Tax.
